Terms of service

Who provides LeadBroom
LeadBroom is operated by WANGQITAO, an independent developer based in China.
Business contact address: No. 78 Sanjiang Road, Yuecheng District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China.
Our software is intended primarily for residential and commercial cleaning businesses in the United States. The operator's location is China; the customer's location does not change that fact.
The service and your responsibilities
LeadBroom provides lead records, pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, quotes and team collaboration. The purchase is a software subscription, not payment for cleaning services. You remain responsible for cleaning work, contacting your customers, the accuracy of quotes and records, and permission to use customer information. LeadBroom does not automatically place calls, send marketing campaigns or provide AI recommendations.
Keep account information accurate, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Owners manage workspace membership and permissions. Do not access another workspace without authorization or upload material you have no right to use. Your business retains responsibility for its customer relationships and records.
Plans, renewal and access
Software subscription prices are Solo: USD 19 monthly or USD 190 yearly, with 1 active member; Team: USD 39 monthly or USD 390 yearly, with 5 active members. Seats include the Owner. Prices include applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are available to eligible business customers.
A new workspace starts a Team trial without a payment card. The trial runs through the date 30 days after its creation date in the workspace’s saved creation time zone; it ends at midnight starting the next day. It is not an exact 720-hour timer.
Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew until canceled. Plan and billing-period changes are immediate and prorated; payment failure prevents the change. Available billing credits offset later bills and are not automatically returned to a card. You remain responsible for reviewing the quoted amount and billing period before confirming a financial action.
For a paid subscription marked past due, the grace deadline is seven days after its paid-through time; repeated attempts do not extend it. Trial expiry adds no such grace period. When access restrictions apply, existing role permissions still govern reading, Owner export and member security management; Members do not gain export rights.
Canceling renewal stops future subscription renewals at the end of the current paid period; it does not erase workspace data or itself request a refund. Request deletion separately. If a deletion request may affect an active subscription, we will clarify cancellation separately rather than silently changing billing.
Support
LeadBroom Support: support@leadbroom.com
Support is provided in English, primarily through support requests in the application. If you cannot sign in, use the public contact form; email is an independent fallback. We aim to respond within two business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China. Support is not available 24/7.
This is a first-response target, not a promise to resolve every issue within two business days or a service-credit SLA. Support is handled personally by the operator.
Data requests and changes
The Privacy notice explains processing and deletion. Material changes to these policies will receive a new version and a notice before they take effect; a new policy does not retroactively approve a charge. Existing statutory rights remain unaffected.
Disputes and applicable rights
Please contact support first so that we can try to resolve a dispute informally. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court, impose mandatory arbitration, or select the law of a particular US state. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected. Paddle's separate buyer terms govern the payment transaction where applicable.
